Phyllota are thin dried sheets of dough made from flour, salt and water. They are also called perek, they are of Pontic origin and are eaten with various fillings. They do not require refrigeration. The wipes are ready-made folded sheets that you sprinkle with water, add the filling of your choice and fry.
