Petroto white cheese

PETROTO is a white brine cheese, made from local fresh, pasteurised goat’s milk without any additives or preservatives. A hard cheese with few fats and a low salt content, you will recognise it from its cheese straining bag. It is available in packages of 450gr and 5kg.
